Further to your response to question 2022/5403, if TfL’s Dial-a-ride drivers are represented by Unite the Union, was there any further enquiry from that union’s leadership after TfL’s Bus Directorate issued masks and gloves to its Dial-a-Ride members on 9 April 2020 but, on the same day, TfL told Unite’s bus driver representatives that “masks [were] not necessary”? If so, please provide me with a copy of this enquiry.

Following on your response to question 2022/5402, does the fact TfL’s 173 Dial-a-Ride (DaR) drivers “are all permanent employees of TfL” explain why TfL’s Bus Directorate issued masks and gloves to them on 9 April 2020 while, on the same day, telling Unite the Union that “masks [were] not necessary" for London’s 25000 bus drivers?
