In your response to question 2022/1794, you provided evidence of an agreement signed on 5 April 2020 between TfL, Unite the Union and all the bus operators. Why did TfL agree to deny London bus drivers PPE (specifically masks and gloves) before TfL had received the STAC Report on PPE on 6 April 2020? Was there any coordination between TfL’s Chief Safety Officer who requested the STAC Report on 28 March 2020 or TfL’s Director of Bus Operations, who signed the Tripartite Agreement on behalf of TfL on 5 April 2020?

In your response to question 2022/0794, you promised to publish a copy of the London STAC (Scientific and Technical Advice Cell) Report on Masks which you commissioned to advise on the question of PPE for TfL Surface Transport workers, including bus and Dial-a-ride drivers. In fact, you further reference this report in your responses to questions 2022/1211, 2022/0792, 2022/0793 and 2022/0795. It has been nearly a year since you responded affirmatively to my request, but you do not appear to have published the report on the GLA website or anywhere else. Please can you do so without further delay?

In response to 2022/5378, you stated that you provided a comment to the newspaper on the employment tribunal ruling at Arriva Rail London. This statement was not provided to the journalist prior to 17 November. Why did your office initially decline to comment when first approached?
