About the ceremony

The Greater London Authority, London Assembly and the London City Hall branch of the Royal British Legion are hosting the Annual Remembrance Service in November 2026.

The 60-minute service will include readings, prayers and hymns, a two-minute silence observed at 11am, followed by a wreath-laying ceremony.

This intimate ceremony takes place before national wreath-laying ceremonies. These are observed on Remembrance Day, 11 November, at most war memorials across the UK at 11am.

Guests will attend the Remembrance Service, and it will be available to watch live on this page.
