Given your role in funding shared ownership homes, does the GLA hold data on how many unmortgageable shared ownership properties with short leases are likely to cross the 80-year threshold for lease extension over the next 2 to 5 years? Do housing associations monitor this data and what plans are in place to avoid additional financial harm for impacted shared owners?
