Could you please confirm if we need to apply for a MAP Quality Mark for Construction provision if it is already under the Mayor’s Construction Academy? Or does the Mayor’s Construction Academy provide the same status as the MAP Quality Mark?

• (Organisation A) will be submitting an application, but it would be helpful if you could clarify whether we need to submit separate applications for green and construction sectors?
• Although we deliver training within GLA we are based in North Yorkshire and pay the National Living wage. Would we still need to pay the London Living Wage to receive the Quality Mark?

• The application, under Theme 2 – Ofsted Grades, suggests a minimum requirement of Ofsted Grade 2. We have not yet had a ‘Full’ Ofsted inspection, can we still apply?
