I’m not sure why the question on contracts is referring to the current year as 2022-23?

I am just completing the Quality Mark application form for (Organisation A), I have added the contracts for 2021/22 and the allocations we have been given for 2022-23 (we don’t get contracts until the end of April-May usually). I’m not sure why the question if referring to the current year as 22/23 and we wouldn’t have anything to support grants in 2023-24 yet.

This is an error in the Statement of Requirements, and the evidence requirements under 1. Provider Information section should state the current academic year as 2021-22.

Evidence requirements:

  • Documentation confirming contracts in current (2021/22) academic year and expect to hold a contract/grant in future years:
    • Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA)

    • Greater London Authority (GLA)

  • If applicable, please provide documentation confirming applicant is on Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers (RoATP).
