The Evidence Submission section for Q13 Governance specifically requests website links to the relevant documents. However, the application form doesn’t currently enable applicants to insert the relevant document web link.
The GLA would instead advise applicants to insert the relevant document web link(s) separately (clearly labelled) within the email when sending back their completed Quality Mark application form.
