The proposals to build the Silvertown Road Tunnel stated that tunnels at Blackwall and Silvertown would be tolled to pay for the construction costs of the Silvertown Road Tunnel, which is projected to be completed by summer 2025. When will you consult Londoners on tolling these tunnels, and how will you make sure that all Londoners are aware of this consultation, particularly local residents, businesses and children, older and disabled people, and that they are given sufficient time to understand what’s proposed and to respond with their views?
