Operation Onyx

Operation Onyx originally investigated 1,636 officers and staff involved in sexual offence or domestic abuse cases where the allegation did not result in a dismissal at the time. The remit of Operation Onyx is expanding to incorporate all those officers and staff, who have ever had any allegation of a sexual offence or domestic abuse, including before they joined the MPS. Do you have an idea of how many cases would be part of this expanded investigation?
