The Baroness Casey Review said that despite the high levels of disability discrimination and employment tribunals relating to disability issues, with the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) not showing ‘sufficient curiosity as to why this apparent pattern has emerged’, and ‘no willingness to learn from these cases’.
