It is my understanding that TfL intended to use S106 money from the “Ardmore development”, at the Tesco next to the intersection of West Cromwell Road and Warwick Road in Kensington and Chelsea, for a redesign and implementation of a revised junction, improving safety. Improving sustainable mode share

The December 2024 report, Travel in London 2024 Annual overview, from Transport for London (TfL) states: “The active, efficient and sustainable mode share for all travel in London for 2023 was 63.2 per cent, one percentage point higher than in 2022 (62.2 per cent), but still below the pre-pandemic baseline of 63.6 per cent in 2019.” You have ruled out implementing smart, fair road charging to reduce traffic volumes and increase sustainable mode share, so what alternative large-scale actions are you planning to achieve the traffic reduction targets in your Mayor’s Transport Strategy (MTS)?
