Rivers in London are subject to flood risk assessments and catchment management plans that are published in overlapping documents without clear leadership. Could you provide a strategic lead from the GLA to explain more clearly and concisely to Londoners the risks of flooding that are understood to be present in London, and the proposed plans both funded and unfunded that could reduce and manage those risks?
