According to the 2021 Census, approximately 141,000 children were living in kinship care in England and Wales. Does the GLA have any information regarding the number of children estimated to be living in kinship care in London? If so, can you provide a breakdown, by borough, year, and care arrangement (e.g. informal care, special guardianship, child arrangements orders, private fostering), of the number of children living in kinship care across London between January 2020 and the present day?
