Transport for London-led Benchmarking Exercise with Regional Councils and Combined Authorities

  • Reference: 2025/4531
  • Question by: Neil Garratt
  • Meeting date: 18 December 2025
I have become aware that, in 2024, TfL led a "Benchmarking Exercise" which "focused on best practice in safety reporting, target setting, and forecasting" that included the participation by Regional Authorities, including the West Midlands Combined Authority and Transport for West Midlands. Under whose auspices was this meeting organised? Can you provide me with copies of the agenda, attendance list and any presentations that TfL presented at this event?
