Neil Garratt AM: Good morning. You mentioned the cost of living and young people, and one of the things that is adding to people’s cost of living is the fact that they may be overpaying for their travel. The TfL cyber incident means people cannot get into their Oyster accounts. This morning I see you have announced that applications for Zip, Oyster cards, and so on, will be reopening, but there is still no news on when people can find out about possible overpayments on their travel. When will the Oyster card website be back up?
