In response to my previous question 2024/1369 in May 2024, you stated that TfL is aware of the local concerns regarding the turning movements from Balham High Road into Ritherdon Road and plans to reinstate the left turn at the earliest opportunity. Young Asylum Seekers in my constituency who are aged 16-18 year olds have been struggling to get their bus pass, to which they are entitled, because they cannot offer acceptable documentation. This is not the case for 11-15 year olds. Can the acceptable documentation requirements for 16-18 year olds please be re-considered to allow for this age group of residents to get their Oyster cards?
