The Evening Standard recently reported on a case of a Met Police Officer with a history of sex addiction who is now working on a project to help restore the Met’s reputation by encouraging under-represented groups, including women, to become officers and Scotland Yard staff. In the current vetting campaign of all its staff, is the Met Police taking into account cases of sex addiction? If so, what does it consider to be appropriate actions for such cases?
