When you responded to question 2020/1512 asking for more clarification to my question about Covid-19 Risk Mitigation Actions put in place for TfL employees, you knew that TfL had already requested and distributed PPE to its Dial-A-Ride Drivers in the previous months. Do you accept my conclusion that your response appears to have been intended solely to delay discovery of the fact that TfL was prioritising the protection of its own employees from Covid-19 over London transport workers employed by contractors over which you and TfL have sole oversight and, arguably, some duty of care?
