I have seen advice for London Fire Brigade (LFB) staff offering help if they are suffering from gambling addiction. Unite and the TUC have both issued guidance for employers tackling problem gambling. Does the London Fire Commissioner (LFC) have any estimate of the likely severity of gambling issues within the LFB, and what policies is it proactively taking to reduce the risk of harm to staff, their colleagues, friends and family?
