The Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) published by Transport for London (TfL) for the Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) data they handle does not provide clarity on how information will flow between parties, or how information will be handled within organisations or hardware they maintain. Could you provide a clear information flow diagram for the handling of ANPR data by TfL, both for the existing approach for the Congestion Charge Zone, and the proposed approach for the wider Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) area?

In the May 2023 report, Track worker struck by train near Chalfont & Latimer station, Buckinghamshire 15 April 2022, from the Rail Accident Investigation Board (RAIB), concerns were raised that agency staff have an unequal and hierarchical relationship with other Transport for London (TfL) staff. Given this finding, will you bring all TfL agency track staff in-house and put in place policies to safeguard their safety?
