Following the successful installation of the lift at Harrow on the Hill tube station, disabled constituents would like to have a drop off point on College Road to help access the station’s lift for ease. I understand this road is maintained by Harrow Council, and TfL were in negotiations with the Council in relation to finding a suitable drop off space on the highway. Can TfL advise on any updates on these negotiations?

On the 27 July 2023, the Prime Minister put out a press release which suggested he wanted to centralise housebuilding powers in London. Your 2024/25 Budget Guidance states that there is no confirmation that the business rates pilot arrangements which set the GLA’s retained business rates income at 37% will continue in 2024/25.
