Why has TfL’s trial of the acoustic grinding engineering train on the Northern line been delayed and what measures will TfL be putting in place in the interim to ease residential Tube noise in this area?

On 2nd May 2025 site visit with TfL in South Wimbledon, residents and I were informed the grinding train would come to their section of the line in July 2025. I have now been informed no grinding has taken place, and there are no scheduled works in the coming months. Can you please confirm as soon as possible when grinding can next take place in South Wimbledon?
