Since the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham introduced the Rivercourt Road LTN, motorists are now stopping on and impeding traffic on the A4. Some are even reversing on to the A4 out of Rivercourt Road. On March 23rd a vehicle turned onto the A4 in the wrong direction. How did TfL allow this road scheme to be implemented and will you take action to reverse it?

In 2024, the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham published an Air Quality Action Plan in conjunction with environmental staff from the GLA. The Action Plan pledges to “take all necessary actions and fully support proposals to expediate [sic] geofencing.” Do you support the expedited introduction of geofencing recommended and, if so, to what timescale and cost?

The Plan describes an action to “continue to call on the Government” to continue the plug-in taxi grant. This is not an action and concerns something in your control for which you have budget. Will you allocate some of the £1.4bn Climate Budget for 2025/26 to assist drivers given your emphasis on Net Zero?

“ULEZ is Working” Advertising
