It is more than six months since the extension of congestion charging into West London. Would you please have another look at the petition l presented from the residents of Warwick Estate concerning a pedestrian crossing under the Westway and over the Harrow Road to replace the derelict subway. Now it is clearer what the impact along the Harrow Road is can you tell us when residents can expect this crossing.

Congestion Charge Extension Review

It is more than six-months since the extension of congestion charging into West London. Would you now reconsider the slip road entrance onto the Westway from Porchester Road and Gloucester Terrace as part of the exempt zone onto the Westway, which has unnecessarily penalised local residents in Bayswater and caused extra congestion along Bishop's Bridge Road.

Black children killed or seriously injured on London streets

Further to my Question 0511/2006 Accidents Involving Children, I welcome the actions which have taken place from your recommendations to roll out pilot projects across London to look into the issues as to why there are three times more black children being killed or seriously injured as pedestrians on London's streets regardless of economic background. Will TfL commit to funding a wider roll out of these projects to tackle the injury inequality amongst London's Black children?

Lewisham children's services

In light of the Mayor's long advocacy of action to address the educational under achievement of black African Caribbean pupils, is he aware of the outcome of the recent Joint Area Review of children's services in the London Borough of Lewisham and does he have plans to promote the work of Lewisham schools, Lewisham Council and voluntary organisations as successfully raising the achievement of black African Caribbean pupils in Lewisham schools?

Energy Efficiency in Lewisham

Blackwall Tunnel Northbound Bore

Given the delays and public communication problems associated with the works to the southbound bore, how will TfL ensure that the refurbishment to the northbound bore starting in Spring 2008 will go smoothly? London Overground

Will the Mayor ensure the widest promotion of London Overground now that TfL has taken over responsibility for the North London, West London, Gospel Oak to Barking and the Euston to Watford lines and give an assurance that Londoner's pensioners will be entitled to free travel without restrictions?
