I read that Battersea Power tube station is about to get a second entrance with more escalators leading to a recently opened part of the Battersea estate. What is the current phase of the development of this second entrance and what is the expected timeframe for the development of this project?

Disabled People Facing Abuse on Public Transport

Recent research by the equality charity Scope shows that 29 per cent of disabled people across the UK refuse to use public transport such as buses, trains, and tubes because of the prejudice they face. An additional 29 per cent said they use it less than they would like to. The research also stated that this abuse often comes from staff: 31 per cent from train staff and 33 per cent from bus staff. What actions are you taking following this report 1) to tackle any abuse from TfL staff and 2) to tackle abuse from the wider public?
