In your answer to 2020/3263, you mention that under regulations, complaints about noise would go to the relevant local authority. However, a lot of the noise pollution from revving cars is made on red routes managed by TfL which the boroughs do not police as this is not their responsibility. This has become a ping pong game between TfL and the boroughs and must end. What options do you have to help tackle the noise pollution caused by revving cars that is keeping many Londoners awake?
