Local residents have highlighted that Bus 467 is every hour but only goes to Epsom Hospital 2 times a day. There is no other service from Chessington to either Epsom Hospital or Kingston Hospital. When was the last time you reviewed a service from Chessington to Epsom Hospital and Kingston Hospital and will you commit to checking what options there are to connect Chessington with both Epsom Hospital and Kingston Hospital?

The operator for this bus line changed this summer. Residents tell me that the new operator is providing a service only every 35 minutes instead of every 30 minutes, which is problematic for their children to go to school. The 465 is the only route available to the residents of Malden Rushett and they would be looking for improvements i.e. increase in services rather than what appears to be a deterioration.
