Many young Londoners have complained that it is currently difficult to have the 18-25 and 26-30 railcard discount applied to valid TfL journeys as it requires an Oyster Card (increasingly not used by young people) that needs to have the discount physically applied to it by a TfL staff member. Would you consider looking at ways to make it easier for young people to access this discount which is especially vital given the cost-of-living crisis?
