Given that the changes to bus routes along Brixton Hill appear to reduce the number of buses entering the road from a nearby terminus by six buses per hour in each direction, thus reducing empty capacity, what impact is expected during the morning and evening rush hours on the length of time passengers will have to wait to board a bus, a greater proportion of which will have come from further afield?
