In March it will be 2 years since the Baroness Casey Report was published with its recommendations. It highlighted a bullying culture where racist, misogynist, homophobic and other discriminatory acts were dismissed as ‘banter’. What progress has been made to ensure women, people who identify as LGBTQ+ and those that have an ethnic minority background feel welcome in the London Police Service? Please quantify this progress with stats.
