In response to 2024/3536 you state that the turning circle is a requirement for London Taxis so that they can easily manoeuvre in London’s uniquely narrow streets. Private Hire Vehicles also have to navigate the same streets when meeting and picking up booked clients. Why is the turning circle a requirement for London Taxis but not for Private Hire Vehicles?
