I welcome the response in relation to Mayor’s question 2024/3028. Unfortunately, residents are still reporting that the lifts are out of operation on occasions due to staff shortages at Kilburn Tube station. Can this be investigated again to ensure people have an improved lift service at Kilburn Tube station?
