Clustering and unsafe pickups at Euston station

A constituent has raised concerns about pick-ups and drop-offs by Private Hire Vehicle (PHV) drivers in London, particularly at Euston station. They are concerned about PHVs clustering in surrounding streets and a lack of enforcement. Thank you for your answer to my question 2025/1783 in which you said: “In 2024/25 £0.986m was awarded to 13 boroughs for the delivery of 702 new [micromobility parking] bays. In 2025/26, £1.4m has been awarded to 19 boroughs with c1,000 new bays proposed.” Could you confirm what work is being done by Transport for London (TfL) with the boroughs to: a) connect micromobility with public transport, and b) ensure that micromobility is focused on areas of poor public transport to increase transport equity?

Thank you for your answer to my question 2025/1790 in which you said: “The 270km expansion of the cycle network from 90km in 2016 to 360km by March 2024, counted new Cycleways and extensions of existing Cycleways.
