Does the Mayor recognise the disproportionality in charging a disabled pensioner, in an outer London area, with poor public transport links, £12.50 to drive two miles to their local hospital once a week while a large commercial delivery vehicle can travel 1,000s of miles a week without charge? This is the reality of the current ULEZ proposals. Will the Mayor think again about how we can make the policy fairer for the most vulnerable Londoners?
