A constituent has asked me to table this question: The Mayor claims that specialist Aether pollution level reports guide his decision to go ahead with the expansion of the ULEZ to cover 132 extra square miles on October 25th. But Aether state in their original 2013 report and confirm in their 2017 review that by 2025 only 72,000 of London's 9¼ million estimated (2021) population will be subject to levels of pollution greater than maximum EU recommended levels, and by 2030 none at all.
