Residents in Harrow have contacted me about the planned redevelopment of the Tesco store on Station Road, Harrow, HA1 2TU, where Tesco and Notting Hill Genesis (NHG) plan to rebuild the store and develop housing on a 2.1 hectare site. Thank you for your answer to my question 2021/4446, in which you said: “'The UGF [Urban Greening Factor] methodology means that where existing trees are retained, as part of semi-natural vegetation, this is awarded the highest possible scoring. I am currently consulting on draft UGF guidance to support implementation of this policy.” Could you tell me when you plan to publish the UGF guidance, and what policies within this will improve the scores given to retaining existing trees?

Thank you for your answer to my question 2022/3923, in which you concluded: “It is therefore more accurate to say that nearly 300 young people identified as being from the GRT [Gypsy, Roma and Traveller] communities have been supported through my YLF [Young Londoners Fund].” However, I have been informed by the Traveller Movement that much of the work described was pre-pandemic and has now ceased. Could you tell me how these young people are now being supported, and what monitoring is being carried out of services for GRT people within the YLF?
