European Parking Collections recently gained access to vehicle keeper details for France, Germany and the Netherlands and sent out ULEZ fines for journeys made up to a year ago. The Met is currently checking all its staff and officers against national databases to remove staff and officers with a history of misconduct. Some are taken to court for criminal behaviour. Will a similar exercise be done with staff and officers that have left to ensure those that should be taken to Court will face justice?
