In your response to my question 2023/0298, you said that 21 welfare facility renewals and three new builds will be carried out across TfL’s estate in 2022-23. You also said that work is on track to complete five feasibility designs for new bus driver toilets, and 16 concept designs for the renewal of existing bus driver welfare facilities, to be delivered over the next two years. Could you provide further details of where each of these facilities is located and when each will be available for use?

Thames Water proposals to replace river water with treated sewage

In its draft Water Resources Management Plan 2024, Thames Water proposes to remove 150 million litres of water a day from the Thames near Teddington Lock and replace it with water recycled from Mogden sewage treatment works, citing cost grounds compared to alternative options. What communications have you had with Thames Water about its plans, and do you agree that any additional release of treated sewage into the Thames would risk the quality of the river declining further?
