In December 2021 the new Taxi and Private Hire Driver Policy was issued. There are significant changes and additional offences, which may have an impact on a driver’s fitness and propriety. Why did TfL fail to inform individual licensees of its issuing via direct email, the weekly TfL update email or a letter?
