In early February, an event was held at ExCel London that led to traffic queueing all the way from the venue along the length of the Lower Lea Crossing. What data on pollution do you have for the period of 7-9 February 2023, and given the GLA stake in ExCel London, what actions could you take to avoid a repeat of this excessive, polluting traffic?
