Wallington Animal Rescue is an animal, domestic, and wildlife rescue charity in the London Borough of Sutton. It has been forced to sell one of its two rescue vehicles as it was not ULEZ compliant. It cannot afford to replace the other vehicle, as your scrappage scheme is insufficient. Do you think it is fair that animals will be left unrescued because of your ULEZ expansion plans?

The charity Dogs on the Streets could not afford to upgrade its ULEZ non-compliant vehicles without cutting back services, because your scrappage scheme is insufficient. Another charity was forced to step in to help them. Do you think it was fair for you to risk dogs being left without vital healthcare because of your ULEZ expansion plans?
