Accessibility campaign groups such as Transport for All, who I met with recently, have raised concerns about the lack of EDI training for bus drivers and poor driver behaviour in relation to disabled passengers, causing distress, delays, and hardship. What will now be done to ensure bus drivers are given the necessary EDI training to ensure that disabled passengers are treated with respect and dignity while using London buses?

Transport for London previously gave assurances that they would work with Heathrow Airport to undertake a review of taxi rank signage – has this review now concluded? If not, can an update be provided? Heathrow has also delegated the powers around the Heathrow byelaw to TfL, however TfL cannot discharge these powers until the data processing agreement is concluded. Has this agreement now been concluded?
