Krupesh Hirani AM: Thank you, Chair. The voluntary sector has an incredible role to play and young people volunteering for charities and faiths can help improve their outcomes in terms of the skills that they pick up and what they contribute. Volunteers this week at the Willesden Swaminarayan Temple have been leading on some fantastic celebrations for their 50th anniversary and golden jubilee celebrations. What message can you give to them on their celebration and the fact that young people are at the forefront of them?

Léonie Cooper AM: Mr Mayor, a reference was made to the fact that apparently you have told people that they cannot fly. I must have missed that statement. Could you just enlighten me as to when you said that or maybe you did not say that?
