A resident has contacted me regarding catapults being used to harm animals. How many incidents, if any, involving catapults are being recorded each year by the Metropolitan Police Service and what more can you do to address this criminal behaviour? Is there a case for outlawing catapults?

Safety on Archway Road

How does Transport for London ensure that when customers pay penalty charge notices they collect promptly any electronic payment? Tackling proliferation of unsuitable HMO accommodation in west London

A number of areas across west London are reporting challenges with a proliferation of permitted development conversions of family homes to HMOs, which are then being filled with more people then is permissible. Would you support a London-wide variation of Article 4 to permitted development, that would ensure better regulation of such properties to protect Londoners who reside in these homes and their neighbourhoods?
