Use of cycle lanes by the London Fire Brigade

It has come to my attention that London Fire Brigade drivers are being instructed that when on emergency calls, current TfL rules mean that they aren't allowed to use cycle lanes to avoid motor traffic jams. Please can you advise as to what the current status is with regards to Fire appliance drivers’ ability to use cycle lanes as part of an emergency call out, and when you expect this to be resolved?

Does the Mayor agree with the End Our Cladding Scandal campaign’s key ask that social landlords should be allowed to access building safety funds on equal terms with the private sector? This will prevent tenants and shared owners effectively paying for repairs through their rents, and in return for access to such funding, social landlords must be obliged to provide information openly to all residents, to fully protect all leaseholders from costs and to offer buyback deals to shared owners with unmortgageable flats where the property no longer meets the shared owners’ housing need, or where they can no longer...

Local authorities are being given support by the UK Government to take enforcement action against building owners or landlords where remediation has yet to take place. Could you confirm that the same support is applicable for the London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC)?
