Rather than the people sitting in Canary Wharf. To what extent is the Metropolitan Police Service involved in this? Is it providing physical security or is it a private contractor working wholly for the ODA?

): The soil condition is an interesting point that you mention because we have seen the Zetica Report published recently, which deals with the whole question of number of bombs and so on that were found and some assessed as high risk. Can we move on to the budget item where we have absolutely no information, which is transport. We have a very exact figure of £794 million. What does this cover for the ODA core costs?
