I will just make an observation and that is this; you talk about it as being an investment but the problem is we will get a revenue of £16 million/US$ 32 million, in return for services provided that we do not know about, and therefore we do not know what they are, how much they are, nobody has told us. But my point is that two years ago we were spending a tenth of what we now are, and yet these priorities - climate change, economic promotion and the Olympics - were as relevant then, and indeed some of them, the Olympics, were even more relevant.
