I understand from local residents that TfL owns the A243 Carriageway and verges up to and including the Border Line that goes east between Surrey and Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames at the point where it goes halfway across the car park exit of the Star Inn Pub. Given that the changes to bus routes along Brixton Hill appear to reduce the number of buses entering the road from a nearby terminus by six buses per hour in each direction, thus reducing empty capacity, what impact is expected during the morning and evening rush hours on the length of time passengers will have to wait to board a bus, a greater proportion of which will have come from further afield?
