Recently, in my constituency of Enfield, we saw three individuals sentenced to a total of 26 years for human trafficking, forced labour, and money laundering. These three individuals had made £400,000 a year off human suffering. Twelve vulnerable Czech nationals were promised jobs and were forced to work for a pittance in the fast-food industry here in London. What more can the MPS do to tackle cases like this?
