Silvertown Road Tunnel Toll Exemption for waste carriers

As part of the agreement of tolls for the Silvertown Road Tunnel you have provided exemptions to vehicles used by east London borough councils for waste collection and disposal services. Given the aim in the Environment Strategy to reduce waste arisings in London, and increase the proportion of it going to reuse and recycling, can you confirm what destinations in South East London these vehicles are using, and if the contracts for refuse these councils use should be reviewed as part of each borough’s waste Reduction and Recycling Plan?
